Welcome Dinner - 2nd July

Time: 7pm-midnight

Welcome to the start of our wedding celebration. The welcome dinner offers a relaxed atmosphere where guests can connect, enjoy good food, and share in the excitement of the days to come. Gathered at Borgo di Castelvecchio, this evening sets the tone for the celebration ahead with laughter, music, and a festive spirit. It’s the perfect occasion to meet old friends, make new ones, and create joyful memories together.

Wedding Day - 3rd July

WELCOME RECEPTION

Guests arrive and join us for a welcome reception.

CEREMONY

The ceremony begins.

APERITIVO

Drinks, canapés and live music in the gardens.

7:30pm – 10:00pm

DINNER & SPEECHES

A Tuscan feast followed by speeches.

Our wedding day will unfold with an evening ceremony, allowing us to escape the midday sun and enjoy a serene atmosphere. Following the vows, guests will join us for a cocktail hour and reception featuring a sit-down Tuscan meal, highlighting the region’s rich culinary traditions. The celebration will continue into the night, filled with fun, music, and heartfelt moments under the starlit sky.

BBQ & Pool Party - 4th July

Pool Party: 1-6pm

Tuscan BBQ: 6-10pm

The final day offers a BBQ and pool party, where guests can enjoy a festive atmosphere, good food grilling, and refreshing drinks will set the tone for a relaxed afternoon by the pool, creating the perfect balance between rest and revelry.
