For those on-site, check in is between 3pm and 9pm on Thursday the 2nd of July and check out on Sunday the 5th of July is between 8am and 11.30am.
Off-site Guests

Transportation has been arranged on each day of the wedding weekend for guests staying off-site, with transfers provided to and from all events. Transfer arrival times at your accommodation will be communicated on the wedding week.
Before joining us for the pool party, we recommend having lunch as food will not be served until 6pm.
Please remember to bring a cover-up or change of clothes for the evening, as transfers are organised for drop-off and collection only and there will not be an opportunity to return to your accommodation between the pool party and the evening celebrations. Please also note that shower facilities will not be available at the Borgo.
For those wearing heels, we recommend bringing a pair of flat shoes or sandals for added comfort. A designated area will be available to store them until needed.
On-Site Guests

For guests staying on-site, breakfast will be served daily from 8:00am–10:30am, and from 9:00am–11:30am on the morning following the wedding.
On check-in day, the on-site bar will be open from 3:00pm–7:00pm, serving drinks and light snacks.
On the wedding day, a light lunch* will be served from 12:30pm–2:30pm. The bar will remain open for drinks until the ceremony begins.
On the final day of the pool party, a light lunch* will again be served from 12:30pm–1:30pm.
Please note: Kitchen facilities within the accommodation are not available for cooking. Light snacks and drinks are of course welcome, but please be mindful to leave everything clean and tidy after use, as additional cleaning charges may be applied by the Borgo.
*Light lunch and drinks served from the Borgo bar (hours outside of the caterers provided services) will be charged at check-out.

As the Borgo is primarily covered by gravel paths and grass, we recommend wearing comfortable footwear. For the wedding day, a dance floor will be provided for the evening celebrations.
The Tuscan summer can be very warm, so we recommend bringing sunscreen and a hat, and keeping hydrated throughout the weekend. Sun umbrellas will be provided during the ceremony.
The Borgo and nearby accommodation are located in a rural area, with limited access to shops and amenities. We recommend bringing any essentials you may need for the weekend, including toiletries, medications, cigarettes/nicotine products and any other personal items.
We recommend bringing a towel for the pool party. A limited number of towels will also be available at the Borgo should you need one.
